STEP 6 – OUTDOORS WITH FRANKINCENSE

broken image

Most people enjoy being active in the great outdoors once in a while. Some would be blinking in the sunlight every day if they could.

It’s always possible to overdo our enthusiasm during outdoor activities. Result? Tired, or even occasionally sore muscles.

If you find yourself weary and aching, the relief you need is in your little bottle of FRANKINCENSE!

Add a couple drops of FRANKINCENSE to your hands and feet. Massage in and receive a soothing and warming effect to relieve your discomfort.

Or try this:

SOOTHING AND COOLING ROLLER BOTTLE RECIPE

• 10 drops Soothing Blend

• 7 drops FRANKINCENSE Essential Oil

Combine in a 10 ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to the occasional sore muscles, hands, or feet. Massage in.

Another side effect of the outdoor life is overexposure to the sun. If you spend too much time in the sun, make this mixture:

AFTER TOO MUCH SUNSHINE SPRAY RECIPE

• 12 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 12 drops FRANKINCENSE Essential Oil

• 6 drops Geranium Essential Oil

• 4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Combine in a 2 oz. glass spray bottle. Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake and spray on areas of concern. TIP: keep in the fridge to promote extra soothing and cooling.

Maybe your outdoor excursion resulted in those awful, itchy, irritated areas where a bug bothered your skin. Simply apply one drop FRANKINCENSE to soothe irritation.

QUESTION – WHICH ONE OF THESE WAYS WOULD YOU USE FRANKINCENSE THE MOST?
